In 5'1" Connie's peak,she had a beautiful singing voice. Off and on,I've seen Connie's cute 1960 comedy Where The Boys Are,although in the opening scene,if you look very closely,Connie and the other three girls in the movie are carrying bottles of cough syrup with them.
(I couldn't tell just what the cough syrup the girls are carrying is,but it looked to me like it was Vicks formula 44,because before the girls left on their spring break Florida vacation,they all battled nasty chest colds and had nasty coughs from their chest colds.One girl had a scratchy cough,another battled a bronchial cough,a third suffered a cough spasm (typical of my friends Annette and Joanie when they catch a cold),and Connie's character Angie couldn't quiet her hacking cough from her cold.)I'd like to nail this movie,but one of the girls was attacked in the end.
